World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is a form of enchantment which increases the stats of specific weapons or armor. This includes tertiary statistics like Leech and Speed.

Universal upgrades can be utilized on any type of gear and offer fewer benefits than other components that are equipment-type specific.
Leveling
Upgrades allow players to upgrade items by increasing their levels. The level increase also boosts the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Every level increase increases the stats on the item by +3 and gives an additional bonus based on the tier of the item. These bonuses can vary from a +1 bonus to +3 bonus to an unspecified buff or debuff.
Each item is limited to a certain amount of upgrades. However, after an upgrade the item can be changed to a higher-leveled item which is of equal or greater value.
item upgrading is very useful for players who want to acquire equipment that has a certain amount of stats prior to having the opportunity to obtain an item that is new. The transfer system enables players to avoid the waste of upgrade materials and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are gathered as players clear their content and are used to improve or replace an item. Each item requires a specific kind of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones, while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, the materials are changed to a different name. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.
It is important to upgrade items in order to increase the performance of a character. However it is equally important to think about how much it will cost. The cost of upgrading an item can be quite a bit of gold that could have been better spent on new gear. This is why it's a good idea to upgrade the most crucial items in a particular scenario.
This usually involves upgrading the weapon first, then the chest and legs and finally the helm. If the player is able to afford it upgrading trinkets must be done at this point to increase their potential to trigger. For example, a high-end Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading for the more damage that its procs can bring. However, some trinkets are not worth upgrading as long as they provide an important boost for a specific build. This is particularly applicable to breakpoint gear used to boost stats such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is an action that lets players change the stats of a weapon rings or armor based on the type of item. It can be used to replace existing bonuses or to create new ones. It can also change the power base of the item.
Rerolling is a good way to boost your power in the early phases of the game, it's not a necessary part of the process. When you reach your level 6 upgrade goal it is usually better to reroll and discover the most powerful upgrades or save up funds to purchase the next set of items. This will help you to build an effective team when you get to the level 9 upgrade goal.
Rerolling is similar to the system of leveling up. Reroll tokens can be used to take away any Level Up option and replace it with another. Reroll tokens unlike Level Up do not reset the item's level. This means that if you roll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at that level and won't have its added bonus.
In addition to rerolling, players may utilize a unique mechanic called Eliminate to delete any one Level Up option from their equipment or weapons. This is useful when you've lost a gacha or you want to roll an item that has five stars. To do this, you'll need to create an account from scratch or sign up through social media.
In the same way, there is an Occultist in each town who can be contacted to alter a weapon's or armor's Aspects, stats, or attributes. This is helpful if want to enhance your epic five-star unit or when your four-star elite character is giving you trouble.
Rerolling tokens can be acquired by completing specific quests. They can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold or you can find them in the holozon containers that are dropped after the completion of certain dungeons. You can roll any weapon, armor or ring by moving the icon on the page of your item with the lock in the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that are similar in a way. Sets are frequently used. For example an egg dozen or a group of friends. They are helpful because they allow you to organize things, and also operations such as intersection, union and difference help you manage them efficiently. Sets can be utilized in many different ways, ranging from organizing music in a playlist to assigning students grades.
In Nioh the game uses Sets to provide special effects when players are wearing pieces from a specific armor set. These bonuses are referred to as Set Bonuses and they can be superior to Effects. Although it's not clear why the armor sets must be worn together in order to produce these additional effects They are a great option to play with different effects when playing the game. The armor sets that come with Set Bonuses are found in many places around Hyrule, such as the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are a part of each piece of equipment that is part of a Set. The tooltip at the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are available. The Set Bonuses will show in a red box.
Some of these set bonuses are only available to specific pieces of equipment. If you purchase the entire Phantom Armor set, you will be rewarded with +8 defense (instead of the standard +3 defense you get with most gear). Other sets are available only through certain quests or buying them through the Auction House.
It is possible to get Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. For example, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the parts that match from the Twinblade of Shadow you will receive the + version of the bonus set when you be able to match it.
Set Bonuses are the same, despite the equipment to which they are attached level up. However, if an item is exemplarized to levels that are not enough, the set bonus will stop working.
Set bonuses

This rule does not apply to Purple (Very rare) Sets PvP Sets, Sets for PvP and Archetype Origin Sets. Their set bonuses are in effect regardless of the exemplar level.
