World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The upgrade of the item was first introduced in Generation II. This item upgrade allows Porygon2 to evolve in exchange for trade while being held.
The ability to slot it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets could provide an extra bonus or increase the value of the attribute. The majority of upgrade components require the item be in a certain state before it can be inserted.
Recycle points

Substats
The sub-stats are random however they can be improved in different ways. In contrast to the main stats that increase with each upgrade, the sub-stats may be boosted randomly on any of the four existing slots. The number of sub-stats an artifact can have is determined by its Rank and Rank, with Rank 2 having no sub-stats at all and Rank 5 having five. Each sub-status has a range of rarity that it can be generated in.
If you'd like to increase your chance to get a certain sub-stat, you can use REFINE ARTIFACTS in order to increase it by four levels. This will cost you MORA. Another way to increase the sub-stats of an item is to look for duplicates of it. You can then enhance the duplicates to give them more rarity and different set of sub-stats. If you are a high level player, this could be a useful strategy for increasing your character's DPS. You must be careful not to overdo it or risk losing your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow players to roll an item currently owned by a specific unit. After rerolling, the item can be exchanged for an equivalent level 1 version of the same item, but with different extra bonuses, and a different type of equipment (such as cups, knives or watches, or books). In some instances it is possible to significantly increase its ilvl. However the item will not retain its ilvl level, so rerolling is only useful when an item has rare affixes.
Rerolling an object resets its base power, all upgrades and substats. This is useful when a ring's substats not what the player wants or if a ring's maximum power was lower than what the user would like. Reroll tokens is available from a variety of sources like the skulled creature, mystery box or as a reward after taking down the boss.
Weapons, armor, rings and other accessories can be transformed. Weapons can be rerolled for physical power, spellpower, or health. Rings can be rerolled to increase durability or damage, while armor can be rerolled to lessen damage or improve defense. Rerolling a piece of equipment that has been crafted will also create a rare-like item of the same type. Rerolled items don't keep its owner's ilvl and any resources used up are not refunded.
Pressing the green button on the menu of items will reroll the item. The button will not appear on any item currently being used by an enemy unit. To reroll an item, a player must have at least one token for re-rolling in their inventory. This button will require the player to select the stat they want to reroll and then confirm the action. In some cases the reroll might take longer than anticipated. This is due to the rerolling system being able to provide a large number of possible combinations. In these cases players can also use a second reroll token to speed the process.
Item level
Item level is an important statistic that indicates how strong an item is. It is used by players to evaluate items, and help players decide which is more powerful for their particular style of play. Item level also allows players to upgrade gear that was previously rated by the community as overpowered. It's important to know that item level is not a feature for future development, but a way to distinguish the different items in the game.
The levels of items are based on the average ilvl of all the equipment that the player has equipped including their primary hand and offhand weapons. It includes ilvls for all gear slots that are upgradeable, but does not include tabards and shirts. This includes cloaks and rings and neck, chest, shoulders back wrists, hands legs, waist, and feet as well as a weapon on the off-hand. The ilvl is taken into consideration twice as the main and off-hands have different iLevels.
The iLevel of an item determines the stat priority it will receive. Depending on the spec and class, some stats are more valuable than others. For example, crit rating is expensive while haste rating is fairly inexpensive. The level of the item determines how much of an budget of the item's ilvl on primary and secondary stats and how much is left for procs and effects.
